This version of Urban Zonar is the perfect tool for planners, architects, engineers, and other design professionals. Mezzanine performs interpretations of municipal codes and allows the user to manipulate the “background” database (lot dimensions, setbacks, height limits, etc.), which allows testing of those standards. In other words: You can make your own templates!
